Ring of Fire Eclipse

Our awesome friend Rebecca called and asked if we wanted to come over and see the Ring of Fire tonight. They have a telescope with a special lens on it for viewing eclipses. One of the other neighbors had a little square eclipse viewer that I borrowed and put over my camera lens to capture these first two shots. The last one I just pointed my camera at the sun and snapped. It was a cool experience to share with the kids.

Innocence of a child....

Driving along the freeway in Lehi there is a new little amusement park called Liberty Land. They have a very large imitation of Mount Rushmore with the heads of the Presidents of the U.S. Sydney's see's it and says,"Hey, there's the Godhead!"

While passing through Farmington, NM, we saw a car graveyard. The cars were all lined up in rows and rows and more rows. Morgan says, "Hey, are those cars stuck in rush hour traffic?"

While reading how the Nephites and Laminites are always fighting, Sydney says, "How do you fought?"
