We made a super quick trip to Logan for a girl's weekend attending Time Out for Girl's and then the USU homecoming football game. Also got to see this great man! He sure holds a special place in my heart, and for so many reasons. He let us girls' spend the night while we were up there.
Morgan was beyond excited to see and hear Brad Wilcox speak at the event. Then when it was time to start, and there was no Brad Wilcox, we both were devastated. I quickly decided that Heavenly Father always has a plan and maybe we just needed to hear the message of a different speaker. Her name is Kris Belcher and she was a hoot!! At the end of the night Brad Wilcox did make an appearance and apologized and that he would take time the following day to speak to the group!
Carmen Rasmusen was also a speaker and she was phenomenal!!
Mercy River's music changed my life! Bought their CD and have listened to it a million times over!
Our event was held in the 'Morgan' theater!
Had such a great time with my mom and my oldest daughter. Gonna have to make these weekends happen more often!
