Manti Pageant

We made our annual summer trip to Utah this past weekend. While driving through Colorado, I looked up and saw this big ol' semi coming right at us!! Lucky for us it was being towed rather than driving the wrong way. We also took a new route up through Durango...that was some beautiful country up there!

We made it to Manti with plenty of time to hang out and enjoy the cool summer night. A lot of the characters that were performing walked around and greeted the crowd.

A little cousin time...

This was my favorite part of the pageant...taking pictures! This is one of my very favorite temples.

Innocence of a child....

Driving along the freeway in Lehi there is a new little amusement park called Liberty Land. They have a very large imitation of Mount Rushmore with the heads of the Presidents of the U.S. Sydney's see's it and says,"Hey, there's the Godhead!"

While passing through Farmington, NM, we saw a car graveyard. The cars were all lined up in rows and rows and more rows. Morgan says, "Hey, are those cars stuck in rush hour traffic?"

While reading how the Nephites and Laminites are always fighting, Sydney says, "How do you fought?"

Prayer changes things.
