Sunflower Six: Hanging with the cousins

What could be more fun than being with your cousins? Had a little shindig at Grandma's house with lots of good food and family. Javin brought his skateboard and shared with the other kids.

Innocence of a child....

Driving along the freeway in Lehi there is a new little amusement park called Liberty Land. They have a very large imitation of Mount Rushmore with the heads of the Presidents of the U.S. Sydney's see's it and says,"Hey, there's the Godhead!"

While passing through Farmington, NM, we saw a car graveyard. The cars were all lined up in rows and rows and more rows. Morgan says, "Hey, are those cars stuck in rush hour traffic?"

While reading how the Nephites and Laminites are always fighting, Sydney says, "How do you fought?"

Thought provoking thoughts...

A.S.A.P

Always Say A Prayer.

Don't count the days,

Make the days count.

Life is not measured by the breathes we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

Prayer changes things.

“Don't spend your life with someone you can live with, spend it with someone you can't live without"

"If I had my child to raise all over again, I'd build self esteem first, and the house later. I'd finger paint more, and point the finger less. I would do less correcting and more connecting. I'd take my eyes off the watch, and watch with my eyes. I'd take more hikes, and fly more kites. I would stop playing serious, and seriously play. I would run through more fields and gaze at more stars. I'd do more hugging and less tugging."
