11 Months Old

My dear sweet Jaycee...time needs to SLOW down. In some ways you are holding on to being a baby a little bit longer. We are still working hard to help you progress with your gross motor skills and you find it much funner / easier to just roll around to get where you want to go. Someday, it will be more fun to crawl or walk or even run to get where you want to go. You are definitely breaking out of your social shell. You are passing out more smiles every day. You have even learned to wave goodbye! I don't have any baby stats for the past few months because we have not made any trips to the pediatrician since you were six months old. On the bright side, you went 11 months into life before you got sick. You have had a bit of a cough this week, but it has not made you upset or cranky....yeah for me!! We love you Jay. Happy 11 months old today. (My sister Michelle made these DARLING hats for the babies)

Uhmmm...I think this is the CUTEST lady bug I have ever seen!!

Innocence of a child....

Driving along the freeway in Lehi there is a new little amusement park called Liberty Land. They have a very large imitation of Mount Rushmore with the heads of the Presidents of the U.S. Sydney's see's it and says,"Hey, there's the Godhead!"

While passing through Farmington, NM, we saw a car graveyard. The cars were all lined up in rows and rows and more rows. Morgan says, "Hey, are those cars stuck in rush hour traffic?"

While reading how the Nephites and Laminites are always fighting, Sydney says, "How do you fought?"
