It probably seems silly to the rest of you, but those of us living in the world of no gluten get excited over finding new recipes for the things we use to be able to eat and enjoy without thinking twice. Today is one of those days....Thanks to the awesome people at www.eatingglutenfree.com, we were able to make GF waffle bowls for ice cream! I don't have a waffle cone maker, but we improvised with just a regular waffle iron for now and it seemed to work. So tonight, we are going to indulge ourselves with a big bowl of ice cream! Yeah!!
