Gluten Free Sugar Cookies

Morgan's class is having a potluck treat day for Halloween, so I took a shot at GF sugar cookies today. A little frustrating at first. It was like trying to roll out peanut butter, it just sticks to everything. Once I got the right consistancy down, things went a little better. They cook up well and taste pretty darn good. Thanks for the recipe Kristy!!

Innocence of a child....

Driving along the freeway in Lehi there is a new little amusement park called Liberty Land. They have a very large imitation of Mount Rushmore with the heads of the Presidents of the U.S. Sydney's see's it and says,"Hey, there's the Godhead!"

While passing through Farmington, NM, we saw a car graveyard. The cars were all lined up in rows and rows and more rows. Morgan says, "Hey, are those cars stuck in rush hour traffic?"

While reading how the Nephites and Laminites are always fighting, Sydney says, "How do you fought?"
